Lamdarq operates as a project coordination hub, supported by a consolidated network of specialized professionals who integrate into each project according to its requirements: engineers, systems specialists, sustainability consultants, interior designers, and urban zoning experts.

An architect graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with over 10 years of experience in the construction technical field. His career spans comprehensive project management, the production of bidding documentation, cost control, and the supervision of civil, residential, and industrial works. This trajectory in highly demanding corporate environments provides him with a simultaneous technical and strategic vision, which at Lamdarq translates into well-documented projects, streamlined processes, and predictable results.
Arq. Kevin Cortés
An architect graduated from University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with a foundational background as a construction technician, which gives him a simultaneous vision of design and construction, allowing him to easily interpret the bond between constructability and design language. His experience covers architectural design, with an emphasis on building permitting and regulatory advisory for residential and commercial projects. At Lamdarq, he provides an integral perspective that connects project creativity with the technical and administrative feasibility of its execution.
